John Elden Gibbons’ goal with this, Ministry: Cedar Grace Ministries Ltd. of NC Fireside Talkers program, is to promote and secure as many outdoor Chaplains through training, support, and programming as we can. We are devoted to the ministry of God and the Spreading of the “Good News.” It is also a mentoring program for the Ordination of both Chaplains and Chaplain-Deacons.

As a Religious Ministry, We will engage in charitable and Spiritual work to facilitate the basic
living needs of the community, with special interest in outdoorsmanship and veteran’s needs.
We will promote “Spiritual Education (Religious Education)”, including Ordination as Chaplains,
as per Cedar Grace Ministries most current “Book of Direction”.
Cedar Grace Ministries Statement of Faith:
-God is speaking to us every day if we know how to listen.
-Listening to God’s Words happens by reducing the background noise. We should live close to nature, for it is our greatest teacher. Nature is emblematic, and understanding its “language” can bring us closer to God.
-All noise becomes amplified by focusing on negativity.
-The golden rule is ultimately followed by committing to God and letting that commitment be reflected in our words, actions, choices, and daily commitments in all things. While We may fail at this, it is with God’s Grace that we will find our way.
-Cedar Grace Ministries is nondenominational, built on Christianity and the words of Jesus as recorded in the New Testament that we call the “Good News”.
-All people are God’s children and equal before God.
-Meditation and prayer can put us into direct communion with Grace and the Spirit of God.
-Every person possesses “Free Choice.” God’s sovereignty and human free will are compatible.
-The past, should not limit or define who we are today. All have failed and fallen short of the glory of God.

“Therefore I say unto you, All things whatsoever ye pray and ask for, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” (ASV)
It is given again in:
Mathew 7:7
“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye. shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh. findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”
Let us not forget this:
Romans 8:31-32
“If God is for us, who can be against us?
He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will
he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?”
